Please go take a look at this site on Facebook and read what the diet is all about - it's all about fermentation in the gut, how much of a certain food you can eat before it starts to ferment, foods to avoid etc. I think it's well worth a look and there does seem like a lot of people have been helped by it. But like everything it is not an overnight fix - you have to want to get well and put the time and effort in to do it - could take a few months but then what price is health. Also a lot of people have said within a few days they have felt a difference.
