wind related to ibs

after lots of tests for cealaec etc it appears that a lot of wheat in bread and bisc trigger my ibs i have since joined weight watchers and cut these down massivly however my stomach still swells up for no reason it seems to be wind i have tried sennacalm and windeze they work sometimes but are very expensive these bloating attacks come on suddenly one minute am fine then its like someones pumped you full of air any suggestions thanks
