Tummy niggles

Hi, does anybody get a niggly feeling in their tummy, i get this feeling like a humming / vibrating/ fluttering feeling its only every now and then but can last a day or two when i get it. Its not painful just a weird feeling. I have Ibs and anxiety.

I have had IBS for many years mainly IBS D. Just this year I started getting these vibrations as you describe which are not painful but difficult to ignore. The gastroenterologist didn't know the cause but didn#t recognise it as a symptom of anything sinister. If you find any answer I would be interested.

Thanks for your reply, i did wonder if it is grumbling appendix but think something would of happened by now. it is more in the middle of my tummy so have put it down to spasms.
