Pelvic ache

I recently had a bought of ibs for a few days. I also have Gerd and usually the ibs affects this or vice versa. This time after this bought my whole pelvis aches back and front. Not too bad when sitting but really uncomfortable when moving about. Been taking buscopan but not convinced it helps. Any pointers?

I have those pains too, even when sitting. I've been to the urologist & gynecologist and they both said it's not uncommon to have pelvic & vaginal pain due to IBS. I've had it for 3 years and haven't had one day of relief. Nothing has worked for me yet.
