anyone tried acupuncture for ibs?
Hi Acopuncture only lasts for a short time. Have you tried Hypnotherapy,Reflexolagy
Or even videos on you tube for mindfulness. Don't work for everyone but worth a go.
Hi,Thanks for your reply,yes ive tried those.x
I have been told to try it for stress, and at least in my case I know my stress levels very much affect my IBS symptoms...
Read up on acupressure you can sef administer ,same philosophy as acupuncture
Yes ,I use acupuncture regularly for IBSC .It works for me .It costs me £15 for a circa 45 min session in a group of 4 people treated at the same time .
Hi
I have tried acupuncture for my ibs having had it before for my neck, but I was disappointed that it didn't help I would of liked to continue to see if a longer treatment would of helped but it was too expensive.
I have found yoga helpful.
Thank you,if only we could find a cure,it would make a lot of people happy,I keep searching and trying different options.x
I tried Accuputure for my IBS. I did back 2013; at the time it worked, but it didn't last long. I did this year and it didn't work for the pain. It does work for Nausea. It cost about $50 a session.
