I have not tested vit D yet, but I doubt its low as since covid I have been supplementing D3,
zinc
and selenium daily with some stops. My GP is due to call me again on Monday to discuss the dosages of carbimazole. Endo instructed her 30 mg carbi for 3 weeks ... today is last day of 3rd week.

I also appear to be low in calcium and
zinc
as I have white spots and ridges on my nails but haven’t tested for these.

My experience with Paxlovid
Further, my PCP recommended I get on
Zinc
and magnesium, and purchase a finger pulse oxymeter, to keep an eye on my oxygen level. Ordered all on line and had them the next day. If nothing else, when the numbers look good it gives you a positive feeling about the experience.

Timings of medications
I am on sinemet 100/25 tds, selegiline,
zinc
, vit d, vit b1, coq 10, SAME, resveratrol, mucuna, magnesium n pramipexole of which I take mg n pramipexole at night. I don’t take mucuna every day but for the rest, is there any ideal time? Like dopamine should be taken empty stomach before meals..

I'm also taking loads of supplements (all away from thyroid meds): Thorne Basic B, 8000 IU Vit D3 and K2 (properly separated), Magnesium, Boron,
Zinc
+copper. Some of those to try and address a lowish testosterone figure (no improvement).

Israeli Researchers Say ‘Promising’ Supplements From Pumpkins, Peas Could Help Body Fight COVID-19
“We have known for years that food supplements containing
zinc
can enhance immunity to severe, viral, and chronic infections and their potentially grave consequences.” However, the researchers found that the consumption of
zinc
alone was not enough.

Hi newbie here. What is my problem?
I eat healthy & take vitamin d, bcomplex,
zinc
, magnesium, omega. I took sertraline for 3 years but it just made me feel flat & my counselor told me to stop talking to my parents since I have childhood abandonment issues & don’t feel accepted. My periods stopped at 46. Is there a test.
