Grounding yourself is important
What is Grounding and How Do I Ground Myself? Grounding is an ancient activity that spreads through universal cultures, traditions and spiritual practices over hundreds of years. It is simply reconnecting and realigning out energies with the Earth. When we allow our body to connect with the Earth,

Update on thyroid results and advice on hair loss
I really want to get a handle on this, if there is indeed a thyroid problem that is causing hair loss. Never had hair loss until after menopause. My TSH and T4 numbers from seven years ago until I started measuring the full panel in the last three years always hovered around TSH 1-2 and T4 1. Before

Self Injecting B12
Hi My B12 is always low unless I supplement. I am so sick of taking so many pills every day to assist in my health upkeep. I have Hashimoto’s which had advanced enough to cause Primary Hypothyroidism. I also have Coeliac Disease but this is well controlled with a strict Gluten Free Diet. Does anyone

Hello all! I am 19 and have tinnitus since June 2017. Undiagnosed UAT, still struggling but feeling more positive after starting Zinc, B12 and Vit D3.
So I came here after going private for blood tests and it hit me hard that there was so many of us struggling. Even when diagnosed life is hard and doctors don't seem to care, so I had a break from forums and FB pages. Anyway my TSH was 3.11 and of course I am feeling rubbish but not in the right zone

PD and iodine deficiency?
Came across the following article today and not sure what to think of that - would appreciate PD veterans opinions on Magnesium/Iodine supplementation as recommended in the article. I believe that magnesium is crucial for many metabolic pathways, however there are potential serious risks associated

New private blood results contradict the ones from gps. Shall I tell doctor?
Hello, I just got the results from the blood tests I did in Italy while visiting my family, 10 days after the ones I posted about recently were done. I did these tests because I like to know what my T3 is, but also I have an appointment booked in December with a private endo also in Italy who is trained
