Prolia vs. Zometa?

Zometa reaction on 1st round vs. subsequent rounds
I had my first round of Zometa recently as bone-directed therapy. It was a rough ride for a few days after that first infusion. I read that basically that first-round risk isn't too unusual. But, I'm wondering if anyone reading this has had a similar experience, and then subsequent rounds of it

Zometa vs Xgeva
Hello everyone! I have not posted in a very long time. I had bone density test and the Letrozole has wreaked havoc on my bones. So I'm going to start bone strengthening injections-it will either be Zometa or Xgeva. I'm just wondering what anyone's experiences been with either of these drugs. As always

Covid-19 is now Air-borne, based on findings from 239 Scientists across the World- WHO issues new guidelines
While the Hope of a Vaccine is still away from reality, now it is discovered that just hand hygiene and Social distancing may not be enough to keep away from Covid19... If some one wants to step out of home, you must wear a Mask. USA president now to wear a mask if he wants to go out which till date

Just Wondering??
Hi Ladies, Ok, I'm a little confused about soy products. I don't eat soy but my onc did say tofu and natural soy was ok, but no supplements with soy. Also, reading about how much time we are all given......5, 10 years, I just checked and I can't find an expiration date stamped anywhere on me. I believe

You’ll never guess what I heard in the Infusion Room today! 😀
So the lady across from me today said she just started Foslodex and Zometa today. I told her I had the same. MBC. Then she proceeded to tell me her Doctor said 5-10 years barring new treatments coming out all the time. She was like I’m 64...5-10 years plus whatever...She was so positive! But seriously

After chemo, PSA risen from 0.149 (Dec), 0.192, 0.396, 0.833 today. Should I be concerned?
Did 6 infusion docetaxel which ended in Nov. I have multiple mets at the femur, lymph nodes and spine. Then started with Lucrin and Zometa ( once every three months). PSA has been creeping up from 0.149 to 0.833. I do workout every day. Physically, I feel very well. MO suggested we continue to monitor

For those of you who have done docetaxal or about to.
It has been decided after a second opinion to proceed with docetaxal with neulasta, and zometa at the same time, starting on Monday of next week. I have to admit I am a bit nervous and apprehensive as to be expected especially given the current climate, of covid 19, although it was decided based on
