I need help understanding enlarged lymph node

Recent 6 month CAT scan showed no change in pelvis, abdomen or chest in my metastatic PC. I did have an enlarged inguinal lymph node. I had a biopsy last week with the results still pending. I would like to know what treatments any of you might have had for a similar situation. I was diagnosed in 2016 with gleason 9, had HIFU, external beam radiation, doxotel and provenge. I have had a tumor removed from out chest wall although the margins weren't clean and another one grew in the same spot along with a enlarged lymph node behind my collar bone. Both of them were resolved with Xtandi which I have been on for 18 months. Also on Lupron and Zometa. I feel great. The only side effects are things that I would consider very minor.
