PMR and adrenals waking up.....
I've had PMR for 20 months now and for the first year the inflammation was all through my body, but now it is only in my neck, feels kind of like
whiplash
and mostly in the mornings, but the fatigue has gone and I have no other symptoms.

It's Been Awhile Everyone..Which Means I Have Serious Pent Up Emotions
I feel like I have emotional
whiplash
, and keep getting into emotion "accidents" where I can't even heal from the first
whiplash
. I am so angry, I am SO depressed (that's an understatement), that I feel like I don't even know who I am anymore.

ANCA +ve not specific to Vasculitis?
I was diagnosed with autoimmune B12 deficiency when I fell unconscious and gave myself
whiplash
back in 2016. I know that B12 issues affect the immune system very badly and I think this affecting my blood tests when I do see the rheumatologists who seem to not understand this aspect.

Jabs re the pens Etanercept anyone ?
Just recently an old
whiplash
injury had come back and I found it nigh on impossible to push the pen down so asked for the needle for next delivery. It came on Wednesday and wasn't to bothered I've done Fragamin and do knew how to do a needle injection.

Advice about by 18 year old daughter
I mentioned the head injury as I’ve read that
whiplash
can be a trigger for thyroid problems? Is this something you’ve heard too? Is this a reversible condition or will she always need to manage it?

Concussion and PMR.
I think I may have had
whiplash
, too. The last week has been horrible with headaches moving to different places in my head, irritability, tiredness and occasional ‘migraine’ type shimmering vision. I had a ‘blip’ in my tapering in February and went from 4mg to 8.5.

Help Please, blood results
On other posts i have detailed the symptoms i have been suffering since a head impact and
whiplash
at football followed by a serious car accident and
whiplash
4 months later and that it could be that the incidents have affected pituitary or thyroid or it could be coincidental.

Pre diagnosis to post diagnosis. And I am curious if anyone else has had a similar ride? Carpal tunnel, anyone?
Chronic neck aches and stiffness from the age of 36 (origin thought to be
whiplash
from a bad car accident) 3. Carpal tunnel syndrome (finally operated on at age 45) 4. Body aches and stiffness 5. Right side stiffness causing right arm not to swing 6. Right side numbness and tingling 7.

Stopping every other day injections too early
She is seeing a cranial osteopath who says she sustained a severe
whiplash
injury, and this is being worked on. GP wasn’t alarmed as she wasn’t knocked out.

It all feels like
whiplash
. But gratitude is still there. And hopefulness is still there. And those are two very new elements to my very familiar dark place. I hope everyone is staying afloat! ✨🛶✨

Not sure I should even be posting in this group now ☹️🙄
She’s sorted my shoulder out a few years back after 2 car bumps and
whiplash
had stiffened it up. So I booked up not feeling very hopeful but clutching at anything now.

Bad fall
I have had really bad
whiplash
since then. I didn't go to AE because didn't want to be stuck there for hours when in so much pain. I could move all of my limbs so didn't think I had broken anything. But, I still have a duck egg size lump on my forehead where I hit the wall.
