Hey all looking for some advice please? Ive developed a whiplash type pain in my shoulders and neck that typical painkillers dont seem to help, started a few days ago and now seems to be moving along to both sides now.
Anyone experience similiar? Any advice please?
awak but not responsive feeling terrified

Feeling like a prisoner
Feeling mega depressed
