How long for Prostap to wear off??
Hey everyone, I am currently well into my second month of Prostap and feel dreadful! Although I am dreading periods returning (only not had one since injections) I can not carry on with these side effects and really don’t want to go down the road of HRT. I have decided to not carry on with them. Does

Pregnant on Prostap
Help! I have just found out I am 9 weeks pregnant. This must have happened right after my lap and before my first Prostap injection. I’ve had 2 injections before the bfp! I’ve read that Prostap can cause deformities with the baby and I am fraught with worry. Does anyone have any experience good/bad

Nothing works
I've had depression for as long as I can remember, I was on Prozac for about 5 years and recently switched to a combination of Wellbutrin and cymbalta. Therapy doesn't work for me because I feel like there's nothing to say and there's no reason for me feeling so sad and helpless. The whole summer I've

Highschool anxiety
Hello! My son is about to start grade 10. He has ADD. He has never been officially diagnosed but through reading and observation I strongly believe that is his diagnosis. Along with his ADD he struggles with intense anxiety. I have to often reassure him and he’s afraid of change in routine. He is so

Pain on Prostap?
So I’ve been on Prostap injections for 3 months now and whilst my pain has improved drastically (probably 70% better) I still have some pain, is this normal?

Anyone diagnosed with a haematosalpinx?
Hi, I’ve had endo for for 25 years and seem to have found a treatment/lifestyle that I’m happy with. To cut a very long story short, I was on Prostap for 2 years (previously on and off on Zoladex for two years). 6 months ago I started to get mild period-type symptoms, so my Dr agreed to put me back on

Best medication for depression and anxiety
Hi everyone, I am going to have to finally break down and go on medication. I have tried the natural approach and tried a self-help approach and have had periods where I was doing okay, not 100% but okay but the anxiety and depression keep rearing its ugly head and I just can't deal with it anymore

Sharing my Story to get it off my chest tonight
I’m not really sure where to start. It’s almost 10pm here and I know it’s going to be another long night. I finally talked to my doctor a few months ago about my depression and she started me on Wellbutrin. It was doing really well at first. I had energy for an entire day. I cleaned my garage which I

Prostap: Hair Loss & Anger With Doctors
This has to be a two for one post full of frustration! Frustration at myself for not sticking to my guns and super frustration at the doctors for not giving me this warning and messing with my very existence. For years I have refused prostap injections and the main reason being I didn't want to play

Waiting Game
I saw my gynae today and told him the 3 injections of prostap had stopped the monthly pains from adenomyosis. I signed the paperwork for a hysterectomy and I’m having a total hysterectomy via key hole but may have to be opened up due to me having fibroids and a large uterus. I asked to go on HRT and

Endometriosis in the bladder causing recurrent infections
Hi everyone :) I used to be on here years ago whilst I was going through IVF unsuccessfully with my ex fiance. I was diagnosed with severe Endometriosis and infertility in December 2013. They found Endometriosis and adhesions on the bladder, uterus, fallopian tubes and ovaries. Adhesions from the uterus

Has my Down Regulaton not worked?
Morning everyone, I'm driving myself mad here and I need some advice please. I had my Prostap DR injection nearly two weeks ago on day 3 of my period and I'm due a scan to make sure my lining is nice and thin on Friday so I can start my Oestrogen tablets before my FET mid-September. Last night before

New, looking for advice on what to do. Any help hugely appreciated.
Hi all, I’m new here and would love to ask your advice. I’ve been struggling for years with endometriosis symptoms, and after having no help from my own doctors finally went private and had a consultation yesterday. The consultant agreed that it’s very likely I have endo and has suggested the following

Hello guys, in real need of some advice! So I had my follow up appointment at the hospital on Wednesday and it’s turns out I should be having my injections every month not every three months like I’ve been told. Will this have an effect on me? The doctor told me that he would give me one there and then

Depression is not fair!
Depression is not fair! It’s going on 30 years that I have had to deal with illness. I have been on and off meds and many therapy sessions. It’s always temporary and often meds don’t help. I’m getting so tired and just want give up . I’m so tired of the struggle. I try so hard but never feel great. I
