I’m looking for help and guidance on how to deal with severe depression and anxiety honestly with a bit of phycosis due to cold turkey and paranoia from my adhd medication aderall XR

How long were you on the medication?

You need to eat well and drink plenty of water don't expect it to be easy or quickly fixed you have to just keep going

The people here are not professionals, we are a support group of people with similar issues and it's always best when dealing with symptoms as serious as paranoia and psychosis to consult a doctor...if you are experiencing side effects from drug withdrawal, that can be very serious and you really should get some help with that. Well my doctor is treating me with a mood stabilizer now lamotragene and anti depressants it’s my 5 day and he got the genesight testing done for me so I gotta be patient
