Long time member advice required on recent thyroid blood test after starting HRT.
Vitamins
stoped week before My test was taken at the same time as all other blood test 7.10am. I always stick to this routine to ensure consistency. I decided to take this blood test for a few reasons, I am feeling cold again, my skin is very dry and circles under my eyes are bad.

Feeling like something stuck in my throat on swallowing - any thoughts please
Thanks to this site , I do feel so much better (than the previous 10 years) having improved my
Vitamins
and taking my levo just before bed. I also avoid Teva as it doesn't suit me.

Optimal vitamins and low stomach acid ?
Hello.I keep reading on the forum about having optimal
vitamins
levels but I really don't know what that means. Should I be trying to be at the top of the range given or is somewhere in the middle O.K.

help with bloods.
He told her to take multi
vitamins
, vitamin D and iron . He said he’d retest her bloods. We asked for full iron panel and thyroid antibodies as well as retest. When she went for retest he didn’t do all the ones he’d done at first appointment and was abrupt when asked to add the full iron panel.

Results out of range. Deal with high cholesterol
I take all the recommended minerals and
vitamins
.
My doctor wants me to start statins, which I have refused. I would like Endo to lower dose of Levo to 100mg and put me on small dose T3 to help lower LDL. Cholesterol has improved on 125mg. Cholesterol issue is my and my doctor's main concern.

B12 deficiency, Acid Reflux, heartburn
I have been taking b12
vitamins
this whole time and started taking them sublingually. Still no change in my levels so now I’m taking shots once a week. It’s been about six weeks and I’m feeling much better. However, I still have tingling in my feet. Does this ever go away?

Wondering WHY you are NOT improving???You are going to be VERY, VERY ANGRY when you read this!!!
Because 98% of the
vitamins
sold on Amazon do NOT say that. But when I got the
vitamins
delivered ... the bottle read: "
Formulated
in the USA" .... NOT NOT NOT ...

Thyroid Supplement recommendations
I’ve been researching the best
vitamins
/ minerals for supporting thyroid health and Cytoplan Thyroid Support seems to get decent reviews. Does anyone have any personal experience of using this? Thanks in advance.

Prior to my MC bloods I started an AIP diet for 6 weeks, stopped all
vitamins
, still have the usual symptoms thining and hairloss at temples, brain fog, fatigued. Have kept up with eating more vegetables and fruit, I have stocked up on more
vitamins
after speaking with a hairloss specialist.

Update after Endocrinologist appointment. Ive been discharged.
. 🤷♀️ Hes referred me to a gastroenterologist for the low
vitamins
and digestive problems. Good news is that my Mri came back fine. I don't really know what to think. I feel like all my symptoms are in my head or maybe they are caused by the low
vitamins

Bench mark blood tests before switching to NDT
Vitamins
/ Supplements include: B1, B12, C & Zinc, D3, Ashwaganda, Berberine, Turmeric, CoQ10, Chlorella, Natural Progesteron. My doctor is very sympathetic but forbidden to prescribe NDT by the local NHS Clinical Commissioning Group.
