I don't know if anyone remembers me but........
I have started on
Vitamin
B, iron and
vitamin
D
sprays after people's suggestions on here so thank you for that 😊 Whilst I am still struggling with fatigue and shakiness, I am not completely bed bound like I was in January and that's probably due to the vitamins giving me a boost.

Doctor follow up
Quick recap: in hospital with pneumonia and Pred increased to 10mg (from 4.5mg). Saw GP on discharge and was prescribed 10mg for 4 weeks. He also cancelled my repeat prescription so he said to go back in 4 weeks. So, yesterday I saw another GP to renew my repeat prescription. Immediately I was asked

Vitamins/supplement balance 2ww and TTC. SO CONFUSING!
How do you manage preparing for an IVF cycle with suplements if you are also trying naturally? I am in a 2ww and might be pregnant if you believe in miracles. I have been taking the list below before, but learnt this is too much and can be detrimental in a two week wait so swapped for a pregnancy

Further advice, please!
I have already asked my GP for
vitamin
D
supplements, and have reduced my Levo dose to 125mcg. (I realise that the general advice is to test these vitamins etc before starting Levo, but I am where I am now).

Watch Out for Vit B12 Deficiency on PPIs & Vit D3
Hi all I had 2 stents in 2020 and as usual was on cocktail of drugs. At present only on 75 mg Apsirin & Ivabradine 5 mg OD along with Omeprozole - PPI 20 mg. Been on PPIs for 3 years as Aspirin doesn't go well with my tummy. Recently started to feel bit nervous, tired, recurrent headaches & unproductive

Increase needed but do I increase T4 or T3?
I have added liothyronine to my levothyroxine. My latest results indicate that an increase in one or the other is needed. Medichecks and Monitor My Health use the same ranges. 18.8.23 Medichecks (112.5 mcg levothyroxine only) TSH 0.101 mu/L (0.27-4.2) FT3 3.9 pmol/L (3.1-6.8) 21.62% through

Why you should NOT supplement high-dose D3
If you're baffled about how to get enough
vitamin
D
when not exposed to regular sunlight, try supplementing raw cold-pressed cod liver oil instead along with vitamin K. https://www.westonaprice.org/health-topics/cod-liver-oil/cod-liver-oil-basics-and-recommendations/#gsc.tab=0

can anyone tell me - is it normal to have a T4 at the low end of the range once you start taking Liothyronine T3.? I take 125mcg thyroxine and 10mcg Liothyronine 3x a day. My T3 comes back mid range and T4 at the bottom of the range whilst TSH is v v suppressed (0.01). I’m sorry but I will need to get

Blood test time - still no better
Hello I'm posting again to get views on my latest blood tests, although I think it's probably same as last time. I just don't get anywhere with my doctor. Last time some of you were saying that I possibly had poor conversion and I think my results this time are showing similar sort of numbers. My doctor
