Increased cancer risk?
History of breast cancer here, so get my b12 level and others checked every 7 weeks. Now, I have read in some cancer fora supplementing with B-vitamins, in particular B12, can increase the risk of cancer, if ones level is always a bit high.I usually am around 5-700 nmol/L, when I get my Hydroxocobalamin

Iron blood test results are back, please could you take a look for me?
In a previous post I gave my Ferritin result from a blood test in March (this was 36.90) and I was recommended to check my other iron levels before taking iron supplements . I now have these results back and would be really grateful if you could let me know your thoughts please : Medichecks BLOOD TEST

Elevated Vitamin A in serum with no supplements
I do not take
vitamin
supplements besides
vitamin
D ,
B
and C, and that's really only on occasions (when my wife reminds me!). Researching web, just about everything that I've found on hypervitaminosis A, points to excessive use of supplements.

Is High Dose Thiamine (HDT) a mechanism of repairing a Leaky Brain? And, a reason HDT works.
…Several
B
vitamins sup.port the health of the blood-brain barrier:
Vitamin
B1 (thiamine) deficiency disrupts the blood-brain barrier and supplementation can restore it. Vitamins B12, B5, and B9 (folate) can restore blood-brain barrier integrity.
