Injecting three forms of B12 at the same time?
Has anyone tried injecting three forms of B12 at the same time? I am designing a new trial and am considering staying with my amount of 2mg mg 5 hours apart including setting an alarm to inject in the night so my body is never without enough B12 for my cells to heal and injecting the three forms.

feeling worse and worse
since a couple days ago, I’ve had extreme fatigue, feeling low and a very bad headache. I just went for a walk with my mum and I felt horrible. I got hot flushes, fast heart rate, shakiness, covered in sweat and weakness. Now I’m laying on the couch, exhausted. There’s no way that hypo can cause you

Latest 14 day trial.
Not a trial of volume rather a trial of constant frequency. A trial to explore a hypothesis. Not seeing if I can stumble on something ‘that works’. I consider injecting the same amount less frequently as under supplementation. Note: frequently is not meaningful unless there is a number. Twice a month

TSH increase
I recently had blood tests due to feeling really fatigued especially after exercising. I’ve been on levo for 13 years for Hashimoto’s. Levels have been up and down. Last test was 0.75 and I felt fine. That was 9 months ago. Most recent test it was 7.16! No wonder I feel bad. All vits tested on the low

Had enough
At my wits end now. It used to be at night but it's all day every day. I'm on the mac dose now of the Neupro patch. I've tried oils, creams, vitamins. Only thing that seems to help is a electric massage wrap.

I would love to see a Clinical Trial on TTFD
I gave up on TTFD (thiamine tetrahydrofurfuryl disulfide - a B1 derivative) because; I would settle in on a sweet-spot, within a few weeks I would overdose, I lowered my dose and repeated again & again. Thinking maybe that wouldn’t be a bad thing — could it be a cure and would I get down to just recommended
