Hi Lemon00 In reference to your migraine l found 400mg Vitamin B2 daily was a game changer for me. My migraines disappeared, I do still suffer from temple pain occasionally. l believe most of your symptoms are related to the AN. It is hard to get the medical profession to except all the symptoms

https://jamanetwork.com/journals/jamanetworkopen/fullarticle/2773074 I would still stay away from any supplement that gives me more than 100% of any substance....even if high doses have been used in most of the studies mentioned in that paper

I find this helpful;
If I wake up in the middle of the night I inject. I suspect the reason I wake is lack of available B12 for whatever reason. I still experience lack of appetite which is better described as feeling full and to eat would be similar to eating more after a too large meal. I use nutritional shakes when

Too much methylcobalamin?
The first 2.5 years I believe I was starving my body for B12 even though I was injecting 1 mg to 1.5 mg a day. How I experienced 'reversing out' was likely more severe than necessary due to starving my body of B12. I was in the hills of Scotland in Greenock. I was hanging with two people I love and

Help...At my wits end
Hi I apologise if I posting this in the wrong place. I have not been diagnosed with hypothyroid. My Dr and myself thought that may have been the problem due to my many problems! I had a borderline result 18 months ago TSH was 1.05 and T4 10.4 but that is now normal: TSH 1.76 and T4 12.7. I am feeling

Feeling very unwell - do my blood results explain why? What to do next?
Hi Mid August My NDT was increased from 2.5 to 3 grains. By the last week in September I began to feel what I describe as a 'bit off' , these feelings come and go. My partner had covid , I tested negative a couple of times. I did have a bit of cough and sore throat but that lasted only a couple

Vitamin B1 overdose: typical symptoms and for how long?
Hi, I have just started on vitamin B1 therapy (sublingual) and I think I have had a case of overdoes . From folks who have tried the therapy first hand, would like to know what are the typical symptoms of overdoes they have seen and for how long they last after you have discontinued B1?

Blood Test Results
Would someone please be able to tell me what these blood test results mean please? I did add them on to a previous thread but I don't think they were showing up. I was told by my GP back in July that my TSH levels were low . I admitted that I did sometimes forget to take Levo so she wanted me to go

Finally
Morning I actually got to see my GP last night! Thankfully she listened ( borderline B12 and very low folate) this is after speaking to two other Gps in the surgery who didn’t believe me ☹️ Anyway she suggest Pernicious Anemia! Woohoo! So have some blood tests to follow ❤️

Iron supplement recommendations please
Can anyone recommend an iron supplement that won't cause constipation? My iron is low so GP prescribed me 200mg Ferrus Sulphate. I'm supposed to be taking 3 a day but I can barely manage 1, my bowels do not agree at all! 🙈 I was looking at Floradix liquid iron however it contains b vitamins which I'm

New to the forum Peak Flow questions
Hi and thank you for allowing me to join your forum. Q: So I've done a peak flow diary over 22 days before I speak to GP tomorrow. My average readings are between 250 and 290. Is this poor? I have a complex health history, many battles with health pros, lots of investigations and some firm diagnoses
