B12 is a cofactor to the energy I get from the sun.
This is from 68 years of experience and observation 3 of them under supplementing B12. It is assumed that diet is the reason that those in the mediterranean climate may live longer. Pseudo Science that pays well.

RLS & Pramipexole
I'm an 81 year old active woman. I have suffered with RLS for over 10 years. Prescribed .088mg Pramipexole by my GP n just told to increase when I complain! I went to 5 at night but am weaning off myself with the help of 50mg Tramadol around 6pm. Down to alternating 2 or 3 at night slowly. Had bloods

A victory with my NHS GP! 🥳
I just wanted to share my joy that I've won my battle with my local surgery to get my EOD B12 injections on NHS prescription! After complaining in a persistent and factual manner about their handling of my health issues, I asked for them to provide injectable B12 over a pill that my stomach can't absorb

Self Injecting Query
I posted earlier about my health problems over the past two years. I saw an old post that said if you have Neuro symptoms then you should get loading doses then a jab every 2 months. This is my NHS regime currently. I've had jabs for about 10 years, was on 3 monthly and was changed to two monthly. "

Pain Spreading/Getting Worse
Hello All, I made a post a week or so ago about my pelvic pain. My symptoms started in December 2023. It started with UTI symptoms and persistant arousal. By January I was getting burning pain in my clitoris, urethra, and vagina, and some stabbing sensations, as well as feeling like there was something

How Do you Know When You're On Enough B12?
I'm normally on the thyroid forum but have posted on here a few times and I would value your expertise. Sorry for the magnum opus post 😁 I've been on B12 injections for a number of years, used to be every 13 weeks but as I have other conditions, Fibro, Ehlers Danlos and hypothyroid and I've had persistent

Gastric parietal cell antibodies OR IFAB? Do I need both??
Hi there, I tested negative for GPCA, but I haven't done IFAB. Having done GPCA, is that enough? Should I also do IFAB? I am on eod si injections, but for my peace of mind and for my GP to stop upsetting me/scaring me with their lack of b12 knowledge. I'd really like to at least TRY for a confirmatory

Good news on memory following B12 treatment
Hi, some of the regular posters may remember me posting in absolute despair last autumn about my husband’s cognitive issues and extreme memory loss. I’m now posting an update in case it helps anyone else in his position. In summary he had experienced symptoms over a couple of decades since he was twenty

Elderly relative ignoring my advice re B12.
I wonder if others on this forum have a similar problem and can help. My MIL is 91 and has some symptoms of B12D, Which could be put down to 'old age' but I'm beginning to wonder if a lot of 'old age' is really B12D. We have repeatedly told her about the importance of B12 and how many older people

PA/stomach pain
Hi all, I’m so grateful for all of your support as I’ve started down this road. Got diagnosed with PA/AIG in the fall via an endoscopy. I am on B12 injections. My stomach pain has gotten steadily worse instead of better even though I am on a very restrictive diet. Is there any reason for me to believe

hi, Ordered b12 ampoules from above site (have ordered before and arrived quickly). Order was placed 10th April and haven’t received yet. I messaged them and have had a reply saying it’s currently at customs. The email says contact customs to resolve matter. So not sure now if there is an issue or
