Ordered b12 ampoules from above site (have ordered before and arrived quickly). Order was placed 10th April and haven’t received yet. I messaged them and have had a reply saying it’s currently at customs. The email says contact customs to resolve matter.
So not sure now if there is an issue or it’s just going through process of shipping. Anyone else had a problem with delivery?

Since Brexit , there has been another hoop to jump through — Customs . When we were in the EU , in the single market , we didn’t have this problem . No Customs checks at all . I think that Customs don’t examine every item they receive , but do some random spot checks . Perhaps yours is one of them . There will only be a charge if the items + the cost of their delivery come to a value of. over £135.00 . This will hold up your parcel .
I was told that my parcel was in customs. I don't believe it was. I emailed them again, and told them that the carrier didn't recognise the tracking code.
They said it was being returned to them (from where, from who?) and I would get a refund when it arrived back.
Then out of blue I got a mail saying that they were processing my order, as though it was a new one and there had never been a problem.
It took over a month from ordering to receiving my order and now I don't know if what I received had been floating around various postal systems or if it was a fresh box.
