Alright so I have reached my breaking point in back pain I have done everything in my power to avoid surgery but I can't take the pain anymore!!! I've done epidurals, pain meds, nerve block meds, chiropractic, physical therapy, and I've even tried my own strengthening routine (after lots of research)

I just had to post this, unbelievable!!
DMSO, or dimethyl sulfoxide, seems to be a total miracle substance, but of course no money in it for big pharma. I am just looking on the net for more info. I am interested, after reading a post from another member, about using DMSO as a carrier for L'carnitine tartrate, to stimulate hair growth.

We've seen many cases where

returned and hearing loss improved markedly. This also applies to cases of tinnitus and fibromyalgia.

Epilepsy
I have all the usual symptoms, including
loss
of left
vision
. Was kind of dealing with it and grateful that at least I could look after my one year old grandson once a week while my daughter works. I live for a Wednesday, when I do nothing but sit on the floor and play with him.

Compression Fracture of L1 vertebrae and chronic back pain
Hello, first time posting here. Has anyone had ongoing severe chronic back pain from breaking their back? Four years ago a wave at the beach dumped me into the ground breaking my back (L1). It was classed as stable so I was put in a back brace for 5 months. It was excruciating pain. Even though my spinal

Frustrated and Tired of Being Tired
Hi Four years ago I had Weight Loss Surgery for which everything was great for the first two years. Two years ago I was struck down with extreme tiredness and had no energy whatsoever. I went from running 5-6 times a week to not having the energy to run more than a couple of times, at a push. My symptoms

Osteopathic treatment
Hello, first time I've posted. I've had chronic back pain, now widespread pain for many years. I had a spinal fusion 6 years ago, successful at first, then 18 months later symptoms increased again. I've had all the usual Nhs treatment including caudal epidurals. I'm currently trying to reduce my meds

Using fasting to loose weight
Hi Everyone, I need to loose a bit of weight. And am interested in the fasting approach -either through a shortened window of eating time and/or weekly 24hr fasts. I've always been wary of this approach because of concerns of lowering my metabolic rate even farther. However found this really interesting

Masked Face
I wonder how successful we can be in retaining an expressive face. I have become worried about this and incorporate face exercises into my daily exercise routines and I'm amazed at how stiff my face feels. Has anyone had encouraging results?
