RLS temporary relief found
I found RLS temporary relief from a topical vaporizing rub. I am currently using Equate brand vaporizing rub. It contains Menthol, Camphor , and Eucalyptus oil. If I am experiencing RLS or forgot to take my medication on time, I rub this on both legs from top to bottom. Works in less than one minute

Hair loss help please
Hey there. I am almost 49, perimenopausal and one of my symptoms is thinning, breaking, falling hair. It's coming out a lot and getting very broken, weak and patchy. I have 'hair and skin' multi vitamins, vit d, eve primrose oil and eat very well (mainly veggie with a little fish and occasional meat)

Could too much sugar or not enough food be the cause?
I have been researching this internal vibration, coupled with sweating and that chest crunch/pain. It is bad. I don’t even want to go to sleep so I don’t have to wake up. Labs all done - all good - but, one thing that came up was hypoglycemia. The other was hunger and dehydration. I eat while I

I.B.S AND THE PROBLEMS.
I.B.S. destroys your life in so much as the simple things like a walk, drive in the car, going out socially, yoga-you name it, is a real problem. Wearing special disposable pants, incontinence type disposable sheets underneath the main sheet and how do you regulate say imodium and peppermint oil capsules

Mood swings
Hi all I got out on prostap to calm my severe endo down before IVF. I've done it before and I am aware of the effects it has on me. The worst thing are mood swings. I work with small children and sometimes I really struggle. How do people control their moods? Is there a magic bean I can take to stop

Post Lap
Hi everyone. I had my lap a couple of months ago and my follow up last week. My consultant told me at the time he’d found endo and did excision of what he could see. At my follow up he told me samples were sent to the lab but they came back negative for endometriosis, but this doesn’t mean I don’t have

Hypothyroidism
My husband is 69 1/2 years old, always been healthy and is not on any medication other than the supplements I give him. Recent blood work in August 2021, showed a low B12 level of 300, he is now on supplements to help with this. The problem lies with his TSH levels. The chart ranges I have found

Prostap- does it stop period instantly? Side effect advise please...
Hi there, I have had the prostap injection which seems to have stopped my period instantly, is this normal? I didn't get chance to discuss it much with the gynaecologist. I went for a review and I had it there and then. She said it was alternative to further surgery. Bit strange not knowing if I'll

Back from surgery
Hi- I’ve had my lap today and removal of left ovary and cyst. Also a small cyst on right ovary which didn’t know was there but ovary has been left which is good as I wanted to avoid surgical menopause. There was no endo to excise which I’m grateful about. Consultant does think I have Adenomyosis
