I have been on
venetoclax
for 3 months and only my platelet count is dropping. Has anyone had the same phenomenon? Also my protein(low), albumin (low)and albumin/globulin ratio (high)continue abnormal also. I am waiting to see what Onc will say about this.

Venetoclax day 1 (UK)
My husband was due to start
venetoclax
last week but it was postponed due to a lack of beds in the haematology ward. He started this morning. Started with a blood test.

What do you do when you are MRD Negative?
So, perhaps just stay on a reduced dosage of
venetoclax
. I would guess different doctors have different views on how to handle this. I am curious as to what others have done.

I plan to be more specific next time i write, but at this point I'd like to ask if anyone is in the Acalabrutinib,
Venetoclax
, Obintuzumab clinical trial at Dana Farber. I have 17p and am being recommended for the trial. I have an appointment at Dana Farber tomorrow to go over the details.

and obenetuzimab , not sure of spelling. Has anyone had experience with these 2 drugs together?

Venetoclax & keeping hydrated
Hi fellow members, How many of you feel like you get/are dehydrated while on
venetoclax
? Meaning you just can't drink enough. I am aware that part of the prescription is to drink lots of water for proper kidney function. I do drink a lot over the course of the day and into the evening.

MRD on 200 mg venetoclax (venclexta)
I asked before whether anyone was on 200 mg of
venetoclax
, and a number of people said yes (due to side effects). I am now wondering whether anyone on 200 mg achieved MRD negative status.

Feedback on my new treatment options, what to do?
Rituximab and
Venetoclax
3. Rituximab alone I narrowed it to option 1 or 2. Specialist said all these drugs show great promise, but could not say which is best, partly this is understandable as they are still learning, but it does not help me.
