Venetoclax too?
Does this also apply to a reduction in dosing or temporary halting of
Venetoclax
due to low WBC?

Final BMB on AVO Trial Tomorrow
If my last node is down by 1mm over my last staging, then I’ll get to decide about staying on the Acalabrutinib and
Venetoclax
or stopping them both. My current leaning is toward coming off. Thoughts? Glenn

CLL Transformation - Richter's?
I've been one of those lucky CLL people who has lived with this disease for 18 years with minimal issues and a long W&W, although i'm a 17p mutated. 4 years ago things had progressed to the point where i needed treatment and now i'm on
Venetoclax
low 50mg dose that has been great.

Ibrutinib / Venetoclax Journey
For those new on here I’m on the Clarity trial (for relapsed refractory CLLers), started Ibrutinib Feb 2017,
Venetoclax
added April 2017, both drugs stopped June 2018 as I’d hit the targets for the trial which was supposed to be 26 months long.

Symptoms
I will be receiving Obinutuzumab and
Venetoclax
. What are the main symptoms others have experienced? I know what I've been told but wondering what the main ones are I might expect. Also those who have completed this regime, are you in complete remission?

ALthough
venetoclax
made me MRD negative, I still have significantly enlarged lymph nodes. Has anyone taken prednisone for this?

What happens after venetoclax treatment?
My relative is coming up on one year of being on
venetoclax
. What is the next step after the treatment is over? A little uncertain of the path forward. Does everything just stop after treatment and it’s a watch and wait game again?

MRD on venetoclax and ibrutinib
I have been on this Trial for 12 months,I was told my Blood showed MRD Negative at my last hospital visit, but was called today informing me that it now shows MRD .002.Which means I cannot yet have my Bone Marrow checked until it shows Negative for consecutive hospital visits.I am not sure if this is

SLL, Starting Venetoclax, Night Sweats
Has anyone else starting the
Venetoclax
experienced these Night Sweats? He’s on the 50mg right now. Also has anyone gained weight on the Ibrutinib? He’s gained 30 pounds and is very frustrated with this. Thank you for any input.

Zanubrutinib, Obinutuzumab and Venetoclax. Front line Clinical Trial.
In a month I start Cycle 3 in which
Venetoclax
is introduced via a five week ramp-up from 20mg to 400mg. Depending on your risk level you are either hospitalized during the ramp ups or, hopefully, can do them as an out patient. My biggest complaint so far has been the bone marrow biopsy.

Remission should be the holy grail
We asked to go down to one pill a day but her doctor refused and when I suggested he add
Venetoclax
to reach remission, he told me it was better to keep her on Ibrutinib forever.

Experience with Clinical Trial
I am about 2 months into a trial starting with debulking with bitimustin and immunotherapy, followed eventually by
Venetoclax
for about a year. I had several internal lymph nodes that were quite enlarged. I had a CT scan a few days ago and the good news is the scan showed no more enlarged nodes.

Adding Venetoclax to Obinutuzumab Prolongs Progression-Free Survival in Previously Untreated CLL
Overall response rates also were higher in the
venetoclax
group (85% vs. 71%). The PFS benefit was observed in the
venetoclax
group, regardless of TP53 and IGHV status, the investigators added.
