NHS treatment or not?
I had a
vasectomy
4 years ago and remarried earlier this year. My new wife is a tetraplegic but is able to conceive and have children naturally. Would we be entitled to ICSI IVF on the NHS? We would only be wanting the one child, so a
vasectomy
reversal may not be the best approach.

Hi everyone, thank you for adding me to this group. I was diagnosed with breast cancer, stage 1B back in July 2016 after a routine mammogram/sonogram. My family and I had just gotten back from a fantastic cruise and I was surprised to say the least. The last few months have been a whirlwind. I had a

Burning sensation in breast
Hi ladies booked for mastectomy on 5th June, I have had a bit of discomfort in my affected breast over the past couple of days, would describe it like a burning sensation has anyone else experienced this, is it anything I should worry about? Is it just coincidence, am I getting neurotic?

Post mx - pain....sensations....
Hello ladies! Well I was a bit optimistic with my previous post! I am now 7 days post mastectomy and as the days have gone by the 'feelings' shall we say in my arm and chest have certainly returned & increased, both in intensity and in area covered. I read it's normal to have numbness, tingling, sharp

Just Diagnosed with breast cancer
Hello dear women who struggle with breast cancer. I am new to all of this as I was just diagnosed two days ago with Breast Cancer after biopsy. I'm not sure what stage I'm at, the doctor thinks stage zero. I go in Tuesday to talk about options for a full or partial mastectomy. Any advice on nutrition

Post Mastectomy Op - no pain!
Good morning. I am in my hospital bed having had a mastectomy and sentinel node biopsy yesterday afternoon. Walked to theatre at 1pm, came round about 3.20 and was given some morphine. Felt rough as - well, the worst I have ever felt while awake, not going to lie to you - for few hours after. Vision

I Did It !!!
Nearly 12 months ago I was diagnosed with breast cancer and 11 months ago had a mastectomy. Getting in touch with my mortality was a bit of a shocker, but I was determined to be as healthy as possible to ward off any recurrence of the dreaded C. First step was going to the gym more regularly, and then
