I've heard of many thing that course Diabetes but that's a first I must admit, have a look round the google world, it may help you find your answer. I'll have a look too.

Sounds ridiculous. Ask the person who told you the basis of their comment

I have looked into vasectomy over the years and also never heard this mentioned anywhere. I don't think this should concern you.
