BP support for White Coat Syndrome - in doctor office and at home
I currently take 10 mg Lisinopril once a day and have also been taking
Valerian
root with hops to help me with anxiety. I spike just thinking about taking my BP but then readings lower during 10 minutes following with the end BP of about 130/72 or lower.

Opiods after stopping Rpinerol?
I'm also taking a high strength
valerian
tablet and have tried CBD/THC too. Nothing seems to help apart from repeatedly getting out of bed and doing leg stretching and excersises. Is it now time to ask my GP for opiods? If so what type, dose and duration? Many thanks!

Can we keep on taking Clonasepam (Klonopin, Clonarex) for longer periods of time?
I'm trying to have food supplies like Schussler salt 5, L-thripthophan, vitamins, teas,
valerian
root. I don't even know whether it's my meds, my thoughts or my reality.

Should I stay on spravato? (Ketamine)
I've tried trazodone, benadryl, vistaril, melatonin,
valerian
. Nothing works. I've had 6 sessions. My last session was 4 days ago. My heart is still racing, my mind going a million miles a minute. I can still feel it coursing through my veins. My chest is tight.

Came across this book while researching Wahls protocol on recovery from Alzheimer's and neuro degeneration.
For instance to restore balance btw glutamate to GABA with
valerian
, B6 and lemon balm. We have never supplemented with several such as PQQ which might be good for pain. Suggest tyrosine and phenylalanine to dopamine production.

Sleeping woes. Any recommendations? I might try CBD oil
Before I was preggers, I would take
Valerian
tea or CBD oil from Holland and Barrett if I wasn't sleeping well and either of them remedies would calm me down nicely.

valerian as antispasmodic
Hi, has anyone tried successfully
valerian
as an antispasmodic recently ? If so, what dosage do you take and how often during the day? If I should have a spasmodic Ileocecal valve
valerian
could be of help reducing my IBS symptoms.

Are we any closer to finding a cure for RLS that doesn't involve medication which could have harmful side effects??
Finally, copper bracelets and occasional CBD oil at bedtime do help as well as herbal sleep aids such as
Valerian
. Thank you for all the useful posts...at least I know that I'm not alone.

The post by dexy1234 and reply by PjOshea indicates the anti cancer properties of HDAC inhibitors. Valerian may have similar properties.
In this study, we tested the hypothesis that the circadian-related herb
valerian
can inhibit breast cancer cell growth and explored epigenetic changes associated with valeric acid treatment. Our results showed that aqueous
valerian
extract reduced growth of breast cancer cells.
