I started collapsing

I was at the supermarket and my heart was going insane, tahicardia, pain, suffocating, blurry vision. It happens all the time, not just today. I feel im collapsing, tahicardia, dizziness, chest pain. I happened to see dad and told him im not okay (he s a vet), he checked my pulse, it was 140+. He said im okay, just fat, . Well, now that knocked me down. I asked mom (she's a pharmasist) and annoyed she said "just take some valerian"(in my country when someone is anxious they take valerian).

Im overwhelmed,graduation,parents,roommates,If i have to think about doctors now, i ll collapse for real

Edit : mom arrived, was kinda mean to sis and the nightmare started over again and my finger tips are numb, head hurts and i feel my veins spasm
