Advice re stopping meds on week of covid vaccine!
Hi everyone, I would like to know what others have been told to do re "stopping or not stopping medication " when having the covid
vaccination
? As there seems to be no clear guidance on this! I would love to know what others have been advised from Rheumy consultants?

How are you living life with spouses both Vaccinated against Covid but one has a kidney transplant and one is healthy?
I cannot find direct information on this question where I am healthy and vaccinated against Covid19 and my spouse is vaccinated and has a kidney transplant but cannot make antibodies due to being on Cellcept antirejection med mainly. Do I live my life "normal" and he is living restricted like before

Vaccination and asthma flare up?
Hello, Has anyone had a flare up after the CoV 2 SARS
vaccination
? I’m due the first one this week. I see that people in other areas of Health Unlocked, such as some of those with rheumatoid arthritis have had flare ups of their disease. Rare or not so rare?

Covid 19 Vaccination
I had my
vaccination
(AZ) 9 days ago. Within the last few days I’ve been feeling really achy & fatigued. I reduced to 4mg a few weeks ago so I don’t it can be that? How is everyone else feeling?

Antibody tests after vaccination
I have just had my second Pfizer
vaccination
, so delayed my abatacept infusion by a couple of weeks to give the vaccine the best chance. Spoke to my rheumatology nurse yesterday where I asked about immune response with biologics & especially abatacept.

Pfizer CEO says vaccine to become easier to ship and store.
The current version must be stored at minus 70 degrees Celsius (minus 94 degrees Fahrenheit), limiting its distribution to specially equipped

centres.

Covid vaccine & immune suppressed..
Hi, has anyone on immune suppressants and been double jabbed caught covid since being vaccinated ? After shielding for so long it’s frustrating that there’s so little info out there for those of us in this group. I know there are studies ongoing which will take time but guess I’m just curious.

Common IBS/IBD treatment blunts COVID-19 vaccine response.
The research measured antibody responses after
vaccination
with the Pfizer/BioNTech or the Oxford/AstraZeneca COVID-19 vaccine in 865 people treated with infliximab, an anti-tumour necrosis factor (anti-TNF) biologic drug, prescribed to around two million people worldwide.

Problems after the COVID vaccine
I want to say, firstly I am not an anti
vaccination
person. However, I have had my two AstraZeneca vaccines and the first one gave me terrible headaches and my muscles ached like mad. I was reluctant when offered the second, but I weighed everything up and went for the second.

Fewer antibodies with second test
Took my second Antibody test ; while I'm happy I still have antibodies (they were very low to begin with), I now have fewer. I wonder if the ibrutinib contributes to the decline? All other tests are excellent. Remain hopeful that we will learn more. My oncologist also remains positive that his/her

Astrazeneca Covid jab
I am receiving my
vaccination
against the corona virus tomorrow. I have no reservations about receiving the jab, but with the current concerns with blood clotting and the astrazeneca, do I need to be concerned at all after suffering a TBI with a bleed to the brain also.
