I have been able to totally stop my incontinence by doing Kegel Exercises! I occasionally still do them if I happen to think about it. I highly recommend this exercise since it is effective, and takes absolutely no energy and can be done anywhere at anytime.

I'm 40 years old, I had two children over 20 years ago C-section, tubal leep procedure, hysterectomy (I still have ovaries) and more recently, they tried to fix my bladder with a sling and some other surgery. One month post daVince robotic prostatectomy. 70 years old. Active (could exercise more) Catheter removed day 8. Persistent incontinence. Doing Kegel exercises. I have urinary incontinence. I use swimmates. In the water they are great. Prior to getting in the water, sitting on a lounge chair, will they keep me dry. How about after I get out of the pool?

Since then I have had bowel problems, a bit of urinary incontinence, lymphedema and tingling like sensations in my legs. Bleeding from my anus became worse in December. I have since had a colonoscopy that confirmed moderate radiation proctitis in my rectum.
