Urinary incontinence

I am being prepped for Pluvicto( Lu177) but have been neglected for urinary incontinence. I won't talk to my doctor until 2 days before starting therapy. Does anyone have a similar experience. Also. My hemoglobin is only 11.2. Is that enough for Pluvicto?

If most of my pd symptoms are non motor (NMS), such as fatigue, anxiety, apathy,lack of motivation, cognition,drooling ,urinary incontinence, and c/l doesnt help NMS, then why doesnt all the rytary(c/l) i take help my bradykinesia and difficulty rolling around in bed which are motor symptoms?

I have been able to totally stop my incontinence by doing Kegel Exercises! I occasionally still do them if I happen to think about it. I highly recommend this exercise since it is effective, and takes absolutely no energy and can be done anywhere at anytime.

Everything Ive read seems to say that they are for urinary incontinence, which I don’t have. I pee a lot during the night- think it’s helped a bit in that department but my bowels are worse than ever… I have to use GS’s and then douche several times daily.

However, I feel my urgency and incontinence have gotten worse. Is there anyone out there maybe similar to my situation that could offer me some insight, hope? Anything would be so greatly appreciated!

Hi can anyone recommend any consultants in London for managing urinary incontinence? We are looking to go private because we have had appointment after appointment in Brighton and its such a long wait and my son is getting older (now 10 years old).

Occasional urinary incontinence, caused by not being able to get to the bathroom on time, has developed into double incontinence and the need to wear protective pads 24/7 in addition to severely restricting movement and needing to clean up bedsheets, clothes etc. very frequently.

My urinary incontinence has gotten really really bad in the last 6 months or so to the point where I had to take off of work and I'm looking at therapy and artificial urinary sphincter surgery.

Persistent incontinence. Doing Kegel exercises. Awaiting contacts with local Physical Therapists for Pelvic floor, core and post surgical rehab program. Open to ideas from others post surgery. How long will this take to regain control? At what point to consider medications or other options?

I have urinary incontinence. I use swimmates. In the water they are great. Prior to getting in the water, sitting on a lounge chair, will they keep me dry. How about after I get out of the pool?

I have moderate to severe urinary incontinence. I have some semblance of control. But I find if I hydrate with the recommended amount of water per day, the amount of incidences where I use diapers without knowing what was coming there's no chance of getting to the toilet increases quite a bit.

Has any one had the prostatic sling for male urinary incontinence, if so has it work well for you.

My symptoms have been allergic in nature with angioedema of the airway, hives and joint pain, burning skin, diarrhoea, urinary incontinence and shortness of breath. Fragrance seems to trigger me the most along with many other variables.

Urinary incontinence has got worse as the years have gone by and six years ago I began to experience severe burning pain up inside like a red hot poker. The pain is bad enough but the added issues make it intolerable.
