Is Pluvicto possible for urinary incontinence?

I am being prepped for Pluvicto( Lu177) but have been neglected for urinary incontinence. I won't talk to my doctor until 2 days before starting therapy. Does anyone have a similar experience. Also. My hemoglobin is only 11.2. Is that enough for Pluvicto?

Your urine will radiate and you have to stay in the clinic for two days. In one clinic they checked everything with a geiger counter before I could leave and the cloths which had got a drop of urine I had to leave at the clinic. The second clinic did not care at all.

Thank you!!!What about not being able to empty my bladder completely when I have urinary incontinence?

While in the clinic you will empty your bladder several times, so almost all of the Lutetium has left the body and only very little radiation is left. They do not check your bladder with a geiger counter when you leave the hospital.

My husband has been able to receive Pluvicto without issue in spite of incontinence. We're in the US and everything is handled as outpatient - but we have to observe specific measures for caution with clothing, pads, etc.

Alles Gute und Gottes Segen.

I would like Pluvicto …were you on Abiraterone and when your PSA went up did you have chemo before the Pluvicto ? Thanks

First I had chemo concurrently with abiraterone plus prednisolone, then radiation therapy. PSA stayed at 0.03 for about 1.5 years, although mets were increasing. In the last six months PSA went from 0.03 to 2.67. Switched to enzalutamide. Didn't do anything at all. And only after all these therapies did I qualify for Pluvicto.
