London private recommendations

Hi can anyone recommend any consultants in London for managing urinary incontinence? We are looking to go private because we have had appointment after appointment in Brighton and its such a long wait and my son is getting older (now 10 years old). He has giggle incontinence in the day and bedtime wetting at night (the latter is now controlled with desmopressin). The NHS consultant here is suggesting Methylphenidate (Ritalin) next and I feel like we need to try everything else before that....We have not had any investigations beyond an ultrasound, and when I mentioned biofeedback therapy he said he was too young, but it looks like the London hospitals offer this at his age? Thanks for the advice x
