Worried about extra beats
I have recently had surgery for an
Umbilical
Hernia
and an extremely traumatic tooth extraction, where the tooth wouldn't come out and the Dentist had to break it and pull it out bit by bit.

1yr 3 months Sober but still Scared
Facing what I had done to my body… I had a
umbilical
hernia
. Finally had that fixed . They wouldn’t do that if I had been drinking. They had to wait to make sure I could clot properly because of my liver damage. Had to wait two month being sober for that.

Got my 1st Esophageal Banding treatment soon, do you think Strepsils/otc throat sprays will help after??
They've found numerous grade 3 varices and I've got huge veins popping out of my
umbilical
hernia
. Anyway, is it unsafe to buy any over the counter strepsils, throat numbing sprays. Will anything effect the bands. I don't want to end up making them pop off or whatever. Do they just dissolve?

Recent and upcoming surgery
I had surgery last Thursday, March 25, for a hernia repair. While repairing the hernia, the surgeon observed a small bowel blockage and had to open the abdomen and repair that by removing a section of small intestines, the same surgery I had a year ago Jan. While coughing post-op I felt a pop. The

TSH rising despite being on 150mcg of thyroxine?
I had Graves years ago and eventually have become hypothyroid in later years since it was treated. I have been been stable for a while but over the years lots of ups and downs with vitamin D, calcium levels and rising parathyroid hormone levels and severe anemia. I have suffered with a flare up of GERD

Hello all, I’m new here and just after some advice because this world of endo feels a little overwhelming atm. A little about me - I’m 27yo and have always suffered with v heavy painful periods and accepted it as ‘normal’. Was on mefenamic acid in my early teens, then got by on OTC painkillers. Tricycled

CT scan
When I later saw my general surgeon, who will operate on my
umbilical
hernia
, she said it's nothing to worry about, although she said I do have a fatty liver. I am a 69-year-old man with no symptoms. I feel great with lots of energy, no discomfort. This diagnosis was a surprise.

Yesterday's 2 month PSA reads vs Sept 18th. A 0.051ng/mL Delta increase. Should I be concerned?? Seee my newest Med/Onc this Friday.
1) Yes it was read by a different hospital lab. 2) I just had
umbilical
hernia
surgery 3 weeks ago 3) I was exercising the night before my PSA labs(eliptical machine and bike riding. Did those scans and labs yesterday at IU North hospital Shelly Schwarz CC Indianapolis.

Just circumcised 7 days ago. Painful erections and stitches stabbing my penis and very annoying.
I also had a
umbilical
hernia
repair and vasectomy at the same time. So needless to say I was a little sore. However i feel like it's going okay a week in. However i have some concerns. First I have been getting multiple erections throughout the day and night that are driving me crazy.

Unfortunately I've gained 1 stone due to two accidents 6.months ago and not being able to cycle much. 5 years ago a CT scan highlighted the small prolaspe bladder plus an
umbilical
hernia
plus many other minor things!

Just to say to you all never give up and hang in there, we know our own bodies. Finally had a lap which revealed endometriosis on the right side, such a massive relief as since my hysterectomy 3 yrs ago where endo was removed from pouch of Douglas and the left side my pain continued on the right side

Non cirrhotic portal hypertension
Basically, my whole story started about 2 months ago (july/2020), when my mom started feeling unwell and thought it was due to a
umbilical
hernia
she has. As she was treated for colorectal cancer 14 years ago, she pays a visit to her gastro-oncologist every 6 months.

Anyone know current waiting times for endoscopy in UK?
I hoped that I would never have to have an endoscopy again - I had a 270 degree fundoplication and hiatus hernia repair 4 years ago, no acid indigestion since - but in the last couple of years I have suffered from a very dry mouth, sometimes a burnt tongue with loss of taste and sometimes a very stuffed

Update on an Update 😀 - A little update on QEHB - minor liver operations - next week only?
My first attempt at my incisional/
umbilical
hernia
operation was due to take place last Monday but was cancelled due to “lack of a bed”. However it was swiftly rearranged for tomorrow, Monday 👍. It has now- yesterday at 4pm - been swiftly cancelled again...👎... 😀.
