BCAAs - Tyrosine, phenylalanine - protein powders
Tyrosine
sounds closely related? Or is moderate intake of protein powders not that different than moderate intake of animal sources of protein, all having BCAAs? So no scientific evidence you're protein powder is exacerbating the PCa.

Levo versus Tirosint? (all those fillers!) 🤯🫣
I just stumbled on a recent article by Dr Westin Child’s discussing the astounding array of inactive ingredients (fillers) in Levo versus Tirosint. I’m curious to hear feedback on any of the group out there who’ve switched, and what you’ve noticed as a result. Cheers

I have recently swapped from 1 grain armour and 50mcg t4 tirisont to 100mcg tirsont and 9.5mcg of compounded t3. I can’t even explain the level of fatigue I feel as though I have been hit by a bus (whole body aches), can hardly move or get out of bed. I am also experiencing. I am having a lot of histamine

YoYo TSH, any advice appreciated
I didn’t want to hijack Rollercoaster’s post as I’ve been on a bit of a rollercoaster myself, so starting a new topic, thanks everyone for all input and advice - this is an amazing group for support and information I was diagnosed with Hashis in Dec 21 by my 1st endo with:
TSH 4.97 (Range 0.35

Thyroid Hormone Change Armour Thyroid to Tirosint/Cytomel
Hello, I recently requested to switch from Armour Thyroid 3 grains to a Tirosint Cytomel combination so that I have more flexibility with T4/T3 ratios. I was proposing Tirosint 137 mcg and Cytomel 10-15 mcg and redoing labs in 6-8 weeks. The CRNP switched my dose to Tirosint 112 mcg + Cytomel 10 mcg

British National Formulary - Confusion
In the British National Formulary, there is a section for each medicine headed Medicinal Forms. You can see below that the lists start with the heading All products. However, this is just plain misleading! The first five entries are all for 12.5 microgram levothyroxine tablets. But

Mitochondrial uncoupling ; can this help PD, appears maybe
In vivo results demonstrated that oral administration of NTZ (50 mg/kg) in an acute MPTP mouse model of PD conferred significant protection against the loss of
tyrosine
hydroxylase (TH)-positive neurons of substantia nigra.
