Like everyone, I'm trying desperately to get my antibodies at an optimal range. I currently take 75 mcg of Tirosint and also something called T-150 by Xymogen, which my functional doc prescribed. (It's basically a bovine, multi-glandular, mineral, and herbal formula to support healthy thyroid function

tirosint 50
Hi everyone, Up till now I have been taking Thybon T3 only but my doctor wanted me to add T4 , so I added Tirosint 50. I did feel tired so I reduced my T3 slightly. My question is, do I take the T4 with the T3 in the morning, or before? I also take T3 in evening. I am trying to do bloods, tried twice

L-tyrosine: any thoughts?? 💭
I’m awaiting meds (probably January)… in the meantime I’d read that L-
Tyrosine
can be helpful for dopamine release. I ordered some and took one but didn’t notice an effect that day. Just wondered if anyone takes them and what you thought of them?

Prazosin vs. Doxazosin for Prostate Cancer Inhibition
Conclusions: Through stimulation of the EphA2
tyrosine
kinase, doxazosin has been shown to decrease the ability of prostate cancer cells to metastasize in an orthotopic xenograft model of human prostate cancer cells5.

Largest real world study of acalabrutinib and ibrutinib over 3 years, shows acalabrutinib has improved discontinuation rates

pre-menopausal non-thyroid dosage
hello everyone, I am getting into pre-menopause and my TSH is getting suppressed even on the lower dose tirosint. I used to be ok with 125mcg but now even 100 doesn’t balance my TSH. Typically supressed TSH for me is always a bad sign and correlates with my hormonal needs— I feel much worse and symptoms

Instead, I am now taking one, over the counter, 500 mg L-

per day. Sleepless nights are history. This chatline has been unbelievably helpful. Many, many thanks.

Currently 75mcg of tirsosint and 1 grain of Armour. Synthetics seperate meds do not work for me I had just came off of t4 and t3 separate meds after a year of feeling like I was going to die (no matter what adjustments etc). I do feel much better on this combo but still have all the hypo symptoms. GF

Hi all, I haven’t got a doctor yet as I still have my insurance from Ireland. My question is, will most doctors prescribe the meds I need on prescription? I am paying someone every time in Ireland at the moment. I am taking Thybon henning 20 and Tirosint Sol which I am battling to get from Italy .

Help with meds and blood time frames
hi everyone, happy Easter! 🐣 I am not sure how to dose my meds the day before my blood test (which is booked Tuesday at 9am). The complication comes with my dosing. I take: 1/2 grain armour at 10am 1/2 grain armour at 2pm T4 tirosint 9pm any ideas how I could do this? As the armour obviously

The noncovalent Bruton's
tyrosine
kinase inhibitor pirtobrutinib has achieved responses in approximately two-thirds of heavily pretreated patients and, given its favorable toxicity profile, appears ideally suited to combining with other active agents.

Out of date meds
I have a whole box of tirosint and armour NDT that is all going to go out of date march 30th. I still have a whole two months left. Anyone know if this will still be ok? Really do not want to Chuck considering how much it cost.
