Help with meds and blood time frames

hi everyone, happy Easter! 🐣

I am not sure how to dose my meds the day before my blood test (which is booked Tuesday at 9am). The complication comes with my dosing.

I take:

1/2 grain armour at 10am

1/2 grain armour at 2pm

T4 tirosint 9pm

any ideas how I could do this? As the armour obviously contains t4. I have to stick with these times normally as I have to take other meds inbetween all of this and spread out through the day.

Delay 9pm Tirosint tonight until 9am Monday

Take next dose Tirosint AFTER blood test

Take Armour as per normal……or ideally tomorrow delay 2pm dose until 8-9pm

just to double check, if I miss tonight’s 9pm dose then take tomorrow at 9am then tirosint after the blood test, so I then take my usual tirosint that evening at 9pm as well? Or would that be doubling up on it?

Yes levothyroxine is storage hormone

It’s fine to take a dose in morning after blood test, then go back to normal time of taking next dose at bedtime

yes that makes sense as you catch up on the missed dose for tonight. Thank you!
