Adaptive Theory for PCa - Part Two: Frameworks for treatment models, Eco-evolutionary Stability in mCRPCa, & AR is very adaptive
It seems most major research about Adaptive Theory (AT) applied to PCa is now coming from
Dr. Robert Gatenby

Have any of you participated in a very small (phase 1) clinical trial in Texas?
Researchers at the University of Texas MD Anderson Cancer Center led the development of a GLS1 inhibitor that is now showing in patients with a variety of solid tumor types. Only 20 patients from the USA participated and 60% of them responded well to this attempt. I hope that further trials will be continued

Help with costs of clinical trial
Does anyone have advice for paying for flights/hotels? My dad is doing a clinical trial at Weil Cornell but lives in MO and will have 15ish trips so it will really rack up. Thanks in advance. PS we looked at angel flights but thats not a good option for them due to dad being in a scooter.

My Personal "trial" of Cyclic Testosterone Therapy
I previously posted about my proposed personal experimental "trial" of high dose cyclic testosterone therapy for my severe hypogonadism (testosterone deficiency syndrome from ADT). Now I have completed both parts of the initial cycle. Note that this is NOT a formal clinical trial. It is a personal experiment

Supporting you to make decisions around clinical trials - a free online webinar - Friday 18th June at 3pm
Clinical trials are an important part of the treatment of blood cancers, and for some people can offer access to new treatments that aren’t available routinely. Some people may be invited to participate in a clinical trial by their healthcare team, and some may like to raise the question of suitability

Ibrance and Faslodex stopped working; oral faslodex?
I was doing so well on Ibrance and Faslodex, I thought I would be one of the lucky ones who stayed on it for five years without progression. After just two years, I developed a new bone met, and a small lesion in the hilem (?). My oncologist took me off Ibrance, then off Faslodex. The alternatives were
