QOL gone
Prostatectomy followed 8 months later with ADT and radiation. Mostly incontinent since. Always had overactive bladder before cancer. Urologist did cystoscope and said everything looked normal. Its been > 2 weeks and I am in constant misery. Bladder hurts and have strong feeling of needing to urinate

Confused about how all the different PCa drugs work?
This recent article (Oct 2023) has a nice high level diagram that organizes the more common prostate cancer drugs and their mechanism of action. Scroll down to Figure 1. does anyone know if Levothyroxine is definitely gluten free as I’m coeliac and unsure if it’s not helping with my immune system.

Background is I had 2 ablations in 2019 but Afib started coming back in 2021 so I was put onto flecainide and bisoprolol. PS to Periodontal Abscess and Prednisone
Thanks to everyone who took the time to reply to my post about gum/tooth infections and prednisone. All the replies were helpful! I did manage to generate one last question. Did any of you who had tooth extractions go on to have dental implants? I am leaning against due to cost and issues related to

Reintroducing gluten for coeliac test?
Hello everyone, After going gluten free in mid-November 2023 I have today had a blood test request come in which involves a coeliac test. I was tested for coeliac in 2017 too (negative) but didn't know I was being tested for it and had been eating strictly low carb for about 2 years at that point

Teeth sensitivity at the dentist
I have been diagnosed with SLE Lupus for a year now. Does anyone find their teeth really sensitive during ordinary dental treatment such as cleaning? I’m also having a problem with the injections to numb the mouth not working . Is this Lupus related or is it just me? Any advice on the problem would

KardiaMobile and Apple Watch

PSA increase.
My PSA has increased from .13 to .73 in 3 1/2 months. Does this mean I am castrate resistant. Or does it need to increase over a couple more samples first. Can my PSA change this much for other reasons. I am currently on Lupron. Thanks for any input.
