I think it is easier to access this in countries in Europe. I believe there is only one place in the US that has it. The equipment is quite expensive so unless it could be accessed by an appointment at a facility that offers this service it would definitely be out of the range of most people to afford. The place that offers this in the US is located in MA. I emailed the fitness center in Massachussets to ask if they knew if there were any other locations in the US that had this and the reply was that they believed there may be a center in Florida, New York, and California that offer this type of therapy but that the woman who responded to my email did not know for sure or exactly where they were located.

I have personally tried it 3 weeks ago at their facility in Switzerland. They did a before and after video of my gait, which is not hugely impaired. However it's somewhat mechanic and there is no arm swing on my right side. After only 20 min of therapy, there was definitely a noticeable improvement in arm swing and my gait looked smoother and more relaxed, more "natural". The therapy is used in a wide range of neurological conditions, not only PD. Definitely worth exploring. Costs for the GIGER MD Hybrid are really quite high though - talking USD 20K up before shipping.
