Taking progynova and having alcohol
hey all, Hope all is well. ♥️ just wanted to ask a question, this is not something I would normally ask because I don’t normally consider it as I take 0 intake of alcohol. I never drink as I’m so busy with life and my toddler that it doesn’t interest me however, on Monday I am going to Amsterdam for

Thinking about next steps 🤪
I just want to talk to some ladies that understand. I am just sooo fed up with how long everything takes to get started! I had my FET last week and my OTD isn't until next week (currently 8dp5d) but I've had all negatives so far and I've been here enough times before to know that we're very unlikely

Lining scan pre FET follicle/cyst
So just had my lining scan this morning prior to FET and whilst the lining is great the scan showed up either a follicle or cyst.... they're not too sure which it is at this point so got to go back Monday for another scan to see if any change. Just wondered if anyone else has had this and gone on to

FET #2 and coping with other people's pregnancy/baby news
Hi all I haven't posted in a while as I had a couple of months off following our MMC (no heartbeat at 7 week scan) in August. We've picked ourselves up and are back in for FET number 2 today. I feel sort of weird about it, not excited like the first time, just anxious and slightly irritated by the whole

Are there any tests you wish you'd done sooner?
Hello, I'm looking for guidance on any tests you'd recommend doing before my next cycle? My history is 1 mmc from natural conception two years ago, one implantation failure from fresh transfer (although I'm convinced it may have been chemical if I'd tested earlier) and one chemical from FET. We have

2 embryos frozen today
Hi just an update from me, after going through a 3rd egg collection last Friday and the longest 5 days, today we had the best news that our 2 embryos have made it to blastocyst which have now been frozen. having to do a freeze all due to my lining being too thick for a fresh transfer. They gave us a grading

OTD today - feeling nervous
So today I’m 14dp2dt of 2 ICSI embryos. DH and I will be off to get the first blood test in an hour or two (I’ll have another in 2 days if it’s positive) and surprisingly I have managed to resist (aka ask DH to hide) HPTs for the entire wait. Symptom spotting has driven me mad and progesterone has played

Day 6 vs day 5 embryos
We will be going for our second FET in the new year and have embryos frozen from both day 5 and day 6. The day 6 ones have better gradings but have read that day 6 embryos have less successful implantation rates than day 5 but I’m not sure if this is just with fresh transfers or frozen? Very confused

OTD confusion
Reaching out for advice again if you can? My OTD after treatment in Spain is Friday (day 10) and they'd like a blood test. The GP has said the results are likely to be Tuesday. I am wondering if it is better to get a blood test Thursday with the hope that the results would be in Friday or should I stick

Xmas closure affecting ivf treatments?
Hi all, I need a friendly ear today and I thought you would understand. My last FET was in May so I feel like I’ve been waiting months to start my final NHS round. In the mean time Ive caught covid which has messed up my cycles by making them much longer than normal. I’m due to start my drugs on

BFN on OTD from day 5 FET. When to stop meds to get period
Hi all, we’re got a negative today on our OTD and on about 15 other tests this week. Our clinic have said to carry on the meds until wed and re test but my wife wants to get her period back asap to try again. Also these meds are super expensive! How likely is it to get a positive on 13dp5dt? On previous

4dp5dt FET
hello- I had A transfer 4 days ago— 2 blasts. I have two children— one fresh one frozen. Prior to this transfer — I had 2 failed transfers over the summer. I’m 37 and embryos were from my Ivf cycle when i was 31. Never thought I would have so much trouble trying to get my third but here we are.

Natural vs medicated FET
Hi everyone, As the title suggests, I was wondering what others’ experience of natural vs medicate FET were. We have 8 frozen embryos and have just had a failed fresh transfer. Before that, I had a pregnancy that ended in an 8 wk MMC on a natural IUI cycle and 2 x chemical pregnancies on IUI with progesterone
