Im a cleaner, had my FET on mon 13th and had this week off
Im rotad back on from tuesday next week, but dont know whether to go back yet
test day is 24th
Ive previously done 2 full rounds, had the 2ww off with both, and both failed
My job consists of cleaning of toilets, hovering, moping, (which is vigorously) pushing of all areas, carrying of equipment, mop Buckets full of water, hovers and so on, its only 3 hours in a morning 4 days a week
The problem is, there isnt much "light duties"

Hi.. tough decision as working distracts but obviously don't want to risk it.
I was told to stay away from chemicals bleaches even talcum powder..anything that has a strong smell in addition to no lifting or doing heavy duty stuff in the 2ww. Although it ended in an empty sac, I did follow what the clinic said and avoided everything for a month at least. I appreciate this may not be possible with you but better to be safe than sorry.. just personal opinions.
It is a difficult decision, but if you can afford it, perhaps stay home. It doesn’t mean you would need to be lying down all day but at least take it easy. If there is no middle ground, you should consider not doing anything that you would later regret having or not having done. Use that as your guidance, take care!
I had three 2wws and BFPs: the first I carried on as normal but it ended before 6 weeks, because of that I took the second one off work and rested, and was much more strict with diet etc, but that one ended the same way. The third I had no more holiday to take, and I worked really long hours and was very stressed - my job isn't physical but around it we renovated a house which involved a lot of lifting, painting and cleaning, plus had a very big puppy pulling me around... I thought that one would end the same way as the previous two so maybe that's why I didn't take it easy (in fact the opposite), but she's 8 weeks old today So I'm not sure there's much you can do (within reason) to affect the outcome, but it's more if it doesn't work whether you'll regret or beat yourself up over what you did and didn't do. See what your clinic thinks though - mine seemed totally relaxed and said to just keep doing whatever I did normally and that exercise etc was good for blood flow, but everyone seems to get different advice. Best of luck ☘️
Ive made the decision and put in next week as a holiday
Its more the fact if i did do something wrong i will regret it and always blame myself
I have gone into the FET doing things differently, this time i had scrach and acupuncture, but i think the time off work it the one thing i will stick to
I do also run my own business from home, so not completely sat with my feet up, but im also in control or what to do and when
Thank you again, there are so many hard decision to make on this journey, and you never know if any of them are right
