Natural FET possibly cancelled
I had a failed fresh transfer at the beginning of June. The plan was made to try for a natural modified FET this month as my cycles are regular and the risk of prenatal hypertension with a hormone FET was not ideal for me. I had my day 10 scan on Thurs and my dominant follicle was already 14.5mm but

Tendon ruptures in hand due to long-term RA
I'm 67 and things have reached a chronic stage in my left, dominant hand due to several tendon ruptures affecting middle and ring fingers, which I can no longer extend. I'm now on the Orthopaedic surgeon's operating list, but I am very scared about how I will cope post-operatively, since I already have

Baby loss at 12 weeks
HiI posted in here a few weeks ago, having had a double fresh embryo transfer and one embryo not making it past 6 weeks. My other little one went on to grow, we had a 10 week scan and all was looking really strong and positive. Sadly today at our 12 week scan there was no heart beat, it looked like

Experiences going self funded on NHS vs transferring to private clinic?
Hi all, I hope you're doing well. We have recently had an unsuccessful IVF cycle funded by NHS. Where we live you only get 1 transfer from such cycle + freezing of embryos included. We have two 5 day embryos frozen, so our next step would be to do a self funded FET, the fertility clinic does take self

Is it all over?
Hello, so I guess I'm looking for some advice please! I had my FET on Thursday last week (it was a 5 day double embryo transfer) and today I've started bleeding (it's just light at the moment). I'm on 3 utrogestan pessaries a day plus one lubion injection a day as well as 5 progynova tablets a day. I

pregnancy confirmed with good beta results
Hi everyone! I had my beta today at 11 days past 5 day double embryo transfer and my pregnancy was confirmed today with hcg levels of 365, they will be checking them again in 2 days just to make sure they are doubling which they are certain they will, I'm so happy and excited, this was our 4th transfer

FET in two day - any tips for a first timer and how to calm your nerves?
Hi! I'm having my first FET in a couple of days and would love to get some advice from anyone who would like to share their experience. I'm quite excited, but also trying to be realistic; I know that the first time round might not stick. I've had a very positive experience with my stimulation, a little

FET Lubion starting day 2
Hey Ladies I’ve had a FET today after chemical pregnancy after fresh transfer in May I had a blood test yesterday & Progesterone was on the low side confirmed today so offered 3 pessaries of Cyclogest or Lubion plus pessary. I stupidly thought I’d ordered for tomorrow but it’s not coming Thursday

Prontogest vs intramuscular lubion?
Hello everyone So after a BFN on my recent FET and finding that my progesterone had actually decreased from transfer day- despite being on utrogestan and 2 lubions(!)- my clinic are a bit baffled but suggesting I have two choices: prontogest/oil intramuscular injections or do lubion intramuscular. Apparently

1st FET - BFN
Had a beta test today and it was BFN - I succumbed to the temptation and tested early with urine tests, so I knew what was coming. We weren't expecting for it to work first time, but still disappointing. Sorry little one 💔 Going to plop myself on a balcony and have some bubbles and sushi tonight to

Thinner lining on transfer day
Hello everyone, I’d really appreciate your experiences. I’ve had a FET today on a natural cycle. 7 days ago my lining was 11.4mm and today for the transfer it was 7.2mm. Has anyone else seen a drop off like this? I asked the doctor and she said it could be that the lining has compacted and that above

Pinching pain in back during 2ww
Hi! I'm 8 days past 5 day embryo transfer and I have been experiencing nerve pain in my lower back it feels like I'm being pinched in my lower back and it's mainly on my left side, I've been experiencing that since day 4 and it's getting quite painful. Has anyone else experienced this? I'm not sure what

Hi Has anyone done a natural FET cycle ( tracking ovulation) after 40 and had success. I still have regular periods / ovulate on my own. P.s my embryos were frozen at 35. Thanks

FET planned for possible baby number 2. Feeling overwhelmed by everything and overthinking already!
I thought it might help to write out how I’m feeling. If I’m honest I’m not sure we’re ready for another. Mainly because my first is such a handful with low sleep needs, my husbands working hours can be difficult and we have no family who can help nearby. I do love being a mum and would love to expand

Hello, first time I’ve posted but often read and feel comforted/reassured when I read posts. So many brave ladies! I’m about to do my third FET this time with Donor Eggs. My first two FET were unsuccessful with my own eggs collected at age 37,38 and 39. We got 16 eggs across the three rounds, finishing

Experiences of endometrium polyps and successful Fresh or Get without removal?
Hi all, I'm doing IVF under a new clinic, I've had my day 9 scan today and they can see a 8mm "mark" on my lining. It's unknown if it is a polyp or scarring from a previous polyp removal in Oct 22. I did 3 IUIs with my old clinic after this and at certain points of my cycle they could see it and say

6 week viability Scan - IVF
Hi all, With gods blessing I have recently got a positive test from my IVF FET cycle. I am currently over 4 weeks and I asked my clinic about a 6 week viability scan and they said they don’t provide one unless there was an issue before my 12 week viability scan which is end of Sept. I know a lot

Stats on egg freezing (not ivf)
Hi all, I am having my eggs frozen with CRGH and have asked them for statistics on the % chance of 1 live birth with 20 eggs frozen at age 37 (I am just about to have my third and final round, so am estimating I will have 20 eggs total, yet to see). They have sent me their stats on live births from

7dp5dt - progesterone levels have gone down?! And BFN...
Hello everyone,So I've been testing early since my FET (I know, but I've had 4 BFPs on prior transfers from as early as 3dpt and by 5dpt it'salways been very obvious) and apart from some misguided excitement over indent lines and faulty tests, it's been pretty clear that I'm out. I also just got my HCG
