Next FET price
Hi, I'm just writing to have a little rant. I have a "privilege" to compare fertility treatment price increase year by year. For our FETs with included meds, fees etc we went from 2022 - £2097, through 2023 - £2247, and with our newest quote for 2024 - £2427... Sometimes I feel really bitter

Travelling whilst doing FET
Hi all, I hope you're as well as you can be. I think I'll be starting my next FET cycle in the next few weeks. Fingers crossed. Has anyone travelled on the Eurostar with injections? And has it been ok? Hoping to book a few nights' away for our 5 year wedding anniversary. I'll be on clexane for some

I caved and did a test today just to confirm what I think I already knew. I didn’t feel anything and and I’m usually pretty in tune with my body, I’ve always known when I’ve been pregnant before. This was our last shot and I’m wondering why I even put myself through all of this for such a small chance

Me or the embryos?
Hi ladies, I’d be really grateful for anyone’s thoughts. We’ve just had multiple FET failures with top quality blastocysts. Over the past few years I’ve had 4 chemicals (always before 5 weeks), maybe 6 (single faint positive with the additional 2). I want to look in to embryo testing and immune testing

2WW anyone?
hi everyone, Just wondered if anyone was in or about to be in their two week wait? I had a FET today, I felt a bit emotional afterwards. had some period type pains but probably from the transfer and maybe the pessaries I’m taking, but of course mu brain is on overdrive. If I’m only on day of transfer

Inositol
HelloI don't have PCOS but I've failed my first FET implantation recently. Can I still take inositol to help for implantation for my next FET? Many thanks!

Running out of time...advice welcome
Hi all - I just turned 44 last week and have had a negative result (after 2WW) this morning. I started my solo journey in 2019 and was told to go find a sperm donor/straws in Feb 2020...and COVID really mucked that up. I finally managed 2xICI in 2022 - one chemical, the other resulted in nothing. I started

Progesterone post medicated FET
I'd like to ask all the ladies who conceived after a HRT/medicated FET, how much progesterone pessaries were you on? I'm on 4 x 200mg vaginal capsules so 800mg/day. Wonder if anyone is/was on a lower dosage. Just thinking about reducing to 3 x /day (600mg) having seen the patients' leaflet for Utrogestan

Post FET negative - what’s next
hi everyone Sadly just had a fet that didn’t workout. Doing ok-ish but anxious about what’s next. I’m on nhs (at uclh) - it was our first transfer and it was a double transfer (advised by embryologist). We don’t have any embryos now, so will need to go for another cycle. Does anyone know what happens

FET … and need advice please help!
I’m looking for further guidance, does anyone know how long you take meds for in preparation for a FET? I have all the meds required for stimulation prior to egg retrieval… But, my clinic hasn’t informed me how long I’ll be taking medication after that to prepare my FET. Would I be required

Next steps, what to ask on review appointment? + Birmingham IVF clinic recommendations (Please DM)
Hi all , i hope you're well and keeping hopeful and strong at whatever stage you are in your journeys. I just had another BFN this Monday, and trying to put together a plan for our next steps and what to ask for on the review appointment, and would like to get some of your experience on what changes

Cold and Embryo Transfer
Hello, after clinic availability issues over Christmas I am finally awaiting my scan for my frozen transfer next week. However... I have woken up today and yesterday with a scratchy throat and feeling a bit like I have a cold. (Sneezing and runny nose.) I wouldn't be concerned about being "ill" at all

2 week wait
Any tips on how to cope with this? I had my first FET last Thursday (8th) and am desperately trying not to symptom spot, or google! But keep finding myself researching things like, implantation bleeding and why I have not had it. This week is going to feel very long!

Low grade success stories!
Morning all, Just wondered if anyone can share any stories regarding their success with lower grade embryos, in particular 4bc cb. I know grading is subjective and isn’t always an indication of success. Currently age 36, naturally conceived DC from a twin pregnancy and 3 previous failed transfers,

Sensitive - BFP
Good morning all, We got our BFP today. I’m still in shock and feeling extremely grateful. For those following, this is our second FET with PGTA tested, donor eggs. I know I keep banging on about it, but if you’re unsure about using donor eggs, please give it a go. Still a long way to go but first
