ERA natural vs medicated

Hey ladies,

Looking again for some help ... I did an ERA more than 1.5 yrs ago, it came back post receptive. The fet I had about 8 months later, following era protocol, did not take. The mock cycle was fully medicated. Now my dr wants to try a natural cycle for my next embryotransfer (pgta tested) and I was wondering:

1. Can you obtain different results in the era test medicated vs natural mock cycles? Could I actually be receptive at P+5 (or LH+7), even if the medicated cycle showed me postreceptive at that moment?

2. Are the era test results valid forever or do they change?

3. Can chronic endometritis affect the results of the era test?
