Has anyone had BPPV for more than 2 months?
So after a visit to the ENT today I was diagnosed with BPPV due to positions and nystagmus. The thing is mine has been slowly creeping up. I have had slight positional vertigo which has become substantially worse since April. I haven't been performing the Epley Manoeuvre until now but isn't that awfully

My first post: advice ahead of repeat tests
Hi there, I've been reading and trying to absorb the excellent information here - mostly struggling on that due to brain fog and memory issues! Also, before I forget (due to said memory issues), I am so impressed by the knowledge, time and patience of those replying to newbie posts. I'm not sure yet

Beetroot Juice
Hi I am taking part in a study as a volunteer subject at a university hospital in London on the effectiveness of Beetroot Juice to aid hypertension. Many journals chronicle the link between Thyroid disorder and hypertension so I am guessing there are quite a few good subjects here who wouldn't mind participating

This could be another breakthrough or is it just too good to be true? Note: nothing specific about CLL but also nothing stated that would mean it should not be effective for our people if mouse model works in humans. Always an âIfâ isnât there! high sugar and triglyceride
If one is diabetic and also has high triglycerides, is it safe to do the LCHF diet? It may control sugar, but then what will happen to the triglycerides in the body?

Mono vs Poly?
I hope this is a place where I can seek advice regarding general nutrition. I recently adapted a high-fat low-carb diet and decided to take a lipids test. My LDL was off the charts, yet my HDL was really good, my triglycerides were 0.7, and I had no risk of diabetes. Looking back into the diet, I was
