TSH dropping, but FT4 stuck
I started levothyroxine on 10th August on 25mcg, then went up to 50mcg in September, then 75mcg Nov and I'm now alternating 75/100mcg every day. My TSH has dropped considerably, however my FT4 has got stuck at the very bottom end of normal and doesn't seem to be rising despite me increasing the dose

anti-tpo how high is high?
hi I’ve posted before about my tsh coming back as <0.001 with slightly low free t4 and normal free t3 and was told I should get antibodies tested. Gp seems to think I have Subclinical hyperthyroidism and is only paying attention to the odd tsh result and wants to repeat it in 2 months. I’ve had them

Results- antibody
I had a thyroid blood test. While my tsh and t4 are within range (t3 borderline low) as I am for 7 months now on Levotyroxine that appears to work. The anti-tg antibodies are now high (at 570 IU/ml) and it is first time that they were tested. I do not know how long I had the antibodies as my symptoms

Low TSH with mid range FT3
I'd recently gone from taking 50 mcg Levothyroxine per day to taking 75 mcg Levothyroxine per day. I take Tirosint, which is Levo with fewer fillers. My fasting blood test results are as follows:
14 March 2024
- last taken Levo more than 24 hours prior to test TSH 0.58 (0.27 - 4.2)

Biotin interference with Thyroid bloodwork
I am due for follow up blood work and just remembered that biotin interferes with the test results. How far in advance must I quit taking my B complex which has 100% daily requirement of Biotin? My last TSH a few months ago was .03, super low for me. I usually run between 1.5 and 2. But my FT4 was

Hello everyone,I would really appreciate any advice regarding my latest fasting blood tests, done before taking my Levothyroxine tablet. I am still on 75mcg Levothyroxine since diagnosed with Hashimoto's in 2010. After my latest post, around Nov 2022, I followed the advice I was given and started taking

These are the results I received the other day. The TSH seems ok but I’m not sure about the others. Tgey all say within norm but to me the ferritin seems too low. If that’s the case what should I take! I did ask fir vitamins to be checked but these are all she did

Help, need your help
My TSH is .37 so I am low. Do I need to take a higher dose of Synthroid or a lower dose of Synthroid. I can’t remember how that works. My T3 and T4 are within normal ranges.
