Wisdom tooth removal - pain relief options at 24 weeks pregnant

Cerebellar Ataxia Constant falling

where I was not expecting it throws my balance way off and causes me to fall....No problem at all when sitting. But my feet grabbing the floor has got me loaded with cuts and bruises.

I need to have a simple tooth extraction and I’m taking Rivaroxaban. Do I need to stop taking it prior to extraction?
I understood if it’s a simple extraction there was no need to stop taking Rivaroxaban.

🌧 Rain and hill repeats💕 ...what more could I want?! 😏😉🏃🏽♀️
Great
traction
on the wet grass and what are often slippery mud paths. Fingers crossed that nothing hurts later. 🤞 Happy running everyone.

Little things that help
Rarely able to gain any
traction
to cook, often forgetting to eat and fasting for a few days sometimes. I guess living alone doesn't help much either! Last week I bought an Airfryer from eBay and it's brilliant, so versatile and convenient for cooking healthy quick food.

Finding Traction
Just watched Finding

. - Nikki Kimball’s attempt at the record for the 273mile Long Trail. Such a passionate and honest look at Ultra running and particularly women in Ultra and how she is working to make a change. Definitely worth a watch! https://youtu.be/yZ0KJZhfc78

New here and suffering from a herniated disc pressing on nerve
However, when I did therapy in the past, they treated me very differently by using ultrasound and
traction
. I have suggested this to my therapist but they don't agree. I guess I am just looking for some more answers as to what my other options are.

Any suggestions
Ive upped my b12 injections to every 6th day from May.After a year of 2 weekly. I'm finding on the day before injection too weary and flat mood on top of ongoing head symptoms. Glasses clamped. Pains yo the back of my head that sometimes turn into a headache. Still unable to read a book or watch tv.

Do you take carbocisteine to loosen the phlegm in your lungs?
I have
traction
bronchiectasis (the mucus collects in the holes in my lungs caused by sarcoidosis scarring). I have been taking carbocisteine for several years to loosen the mucus/phlegm in my lungs to make it easier to cough up.

Apixaban and Dentist's
I am on Apixaban and I have to have a wisdom tooth removed. My Dentist is reluctant to do it without consulting with my GP. He has no experience with Apixaban. And is in need of advice with regards the stopping of Apixaban prior to the tooth removal. I cannot get in touch with my GP due to surgery

coughing phlegm and bronchiectasis
I have
traction
bronchiectasis (as a result of 'holes' in my lung tissue!) and take 2 carbocisteine three times a day. I have been told the carbocisteine thins the mucus, but doesn't seems to thin mine. Do other people take carbocisteine and/or something else.

Left sided chest pain-Not sure what it is.
His CT chest has shown some fibrotic changes (
Traction
bronchiectasis) secondary to bilateral pneumonia from Covid, but they are hopeful some of this will resolve with time and they don’t know the long term implications just yet.
