Hashimotos or not
Hi guys,My recent lab results were
tpo
antibodies 42 ku/l (0-60) Tsh 5.5 (0.2-4) My doctor has told me I don't have hashimoto's. However after doing some research online, lots of thyroid resources stating anything higher than 35 ku/l = hashimotos.

Does this sound like Hashimoto's please?
Hello, My thyroid has been under suspicion for many years but I cannot seem to get any answers. Postnatally, (four months after giving birth), some fifteen years ago, my TSH was tested and was 12.6. Nothing was done about this. ( I have only just seen this on my NHS app). Fast forward to eight years

confirmation of graves/hashi
Hi, I have written on here before, but have just had my TRab test back after waiting weeks for it, does this confirm I have graves? But also can or have got hashi as well as have antibodies for that too? I’m confused as does this mean I can go either way? I know my levels aren’t very high at the moment

just feeling a little confused and overwhelmed! Can anybody please help me clear a few things up?????
So I believe I have hashimotos due to the raised
TPO
antibodies but I have also read that these can be raised in other thyroid conditions like silent painless thyroiditis so how do I know it’s definitely hashimotos and not this?

Medication for subclinical hypothyroidism
Hi everyone, I've posted here before regarding subclinical hypothyroidism, not sure what is causing it. I've ruled out celiac disease, I'm trying to take iron and b12 everyday, but still my tsh is consistently high. My GP has agreed to trial 25mg levothyroxine. I'm really worried after reading how

Do I need supplements?
In October 2022 I was out on 50mg of levothyroxine and in January 2023 this was increased to 150mg after my
TPO
was tested. After my recent blood tests my levothyroxine has been dropped to 125mg as my dr is concerned my TSH is very low.

Hashimoto to Graves
Hi All, I have been lurking as a member for >8years following a diagnosis of Hashimoto's thyroiditis. Seeking advice on test results, Metavive and suggested next steps
Numerous tests, both NHS & private, suggest that I’ve got hypothyroidism (including
TPO
antibodies, eg Hashimotos/Ord’s). But, as the the results are usually within range, the fact that I’m symptomatic is, frankly, irrelevant. So frustrating and upsetting.

Advice on recent Bloods please
I would really appreciate your advice on blood results please. I have been taking Levothyroxine for 10 years. When I read ElleMai's post I was tearful, that was me 10 years ago. Once medicated I certainly felt much better but not great. I've been frustrated for years at my low energy levels, crawling

Advice about my thyroid results
I would like some advice about the results and specifically whether the presence of
tpo
antibodies means I have an autoimmune condition (hashimotos) .
