Help with labs

On 37mcg of T3 a day. Do these labs show I need to add or reduce? Is T4 too low? Thanks for any suggestions.

TSH: .05 (.4 - 4.5 mlU/L)

Free T4: .1 (.8 - 1.8 ng/dL)

Free T3: 3.8 (2 - 4.4 pg/mL)

Total T3: 129 (71 - 180 mg/dL)

TPO An RDL generally runs a high around 12 - but we didn't test this particular time.

How you feel is probably the most important question rather than any of us telling you if you need to tweak your dose.

Are you taking T3 only and no Levo? If so then your FT4 level is going to be almost non existent. Whether you need to take T4 and where you need your FT4 level to be is a matter for experimenting to find what's best for you.

Your FT3 is 75% through range which is likely to be a good level for many people.

Thank you so much this is exactly when I was hoping to learn. Yes I only take T3. I do feel good thyroid feels like it's where it should be. I did in early November due a small reduction of T3 And I started losing hair How long does the hair drop usually last? thank you again.

I can't answer that I'm afraid. Hair loss can be due to low ferritin, have you tested that?

Yes ferritin is real good. It started when I reduced T3 slightly. Thank you.
