Thank you and hi I take metavive 2 and 1 x 1 of each per day.I do not take Levothyroxine I’m sorry I don’t understand which range of t3 t4 and vitamin results you are wanting as I have entered my results on my post.

I spray vitamin D sublingually and take 1 x 200ug selenium and

1 x 40Mg zinc percolinate tab per day

Occasionally I take magnesium citrate which aids my sleep and bowel movement

I also eat gf oats and prunes

I am coeliac so totally gf have Non alcoholic fatty liver disease and often nerve damage and tinnitus in my ears keep me awake along with itchy eczema

hope this helps I’ve been diagnosed with Hashimotos hypothyroidism back in 2002

I am now experiencing weird neurological jabbing pains in my back and other areas of my body so am wondering if I need to get my b12 levels checked for pernicious anaemia (which my daughter struggles with)

Appreciate your insights and suggestions

Thankyou

Who did the test GP or Medichecks, Blue horizon or someone else?

All tests have a range after each result (figures in brackets)

Different labs have different ranges

Most common range on Ft4 is 12-22

Was last dose Metavive Approx 8-12 hours before test

yes last dose was previous morning

on Metavive day before test you should take half daily dose waking and half daily dose Approx 8-12 hours before test

You probably have room for dose increase in dose

vitamin D is too low

GP will often only prescribe to bring vitamin D levels to 50nmol.

Some areas will prescribe to bring levels to 75nmol or even 80nmol

leedsformulary.nhs.uk/docs/...

GP should advise on self supplementing if over 50nmol, but under 75nmol (but they rarely do)

mm.wirral.nhs.uk/document_u...

But with Hashimoto’s, improving to around 80nmol or 100nmol by self supplementing may be better

Once you Improve level, very likely you will need on going maintenance dose to keep it there.

Test twice yearly via NHS private testing service when supplementing
